Today at 7 PM* pianist Andrey Korobeynikov plays at the Grand Hall of “Zaryadye”.

He is hailed as a “unique thing of the music community”. Indeed, he won Tchaikovsky young musicians’ competition at the tender age of 7, to later make a sensation during one of the “serious adult” Tchaikovsky competition (the 13^th, to be precise). It was Andrey Korobeynikov who had the honor – together with BSO – to perform Tchaikovsky’s famous First piano concert as written by the composer himself, and not the usual well-known version of Alexander Ziloti.
