The Italian ensemble “Soqquadro Italiano”, which is not the first time participating in Yuri Bashmet's festivals in Russia. It does not resemble a traditional "authentic" ensemble of baroque music. It includes young musicians participating in a live, constantly changing format of the project, the concept of which is based on the maximum removal of the distance between the performers and the audience. This the performances of the Italian artists will not resemble a regular concert as well. 

For the performance in “Moscow Soqquadro” Italiano prepared the “La Stravaganza” program, dedicated to the work of the greatest master of the Italian musical baroque Antonio Vivaldi. Those who visit the “Zaryadye” Hall that evening will be able to join the “musical journey” through the works of the great composer.

The founders and masterminds of the “Soqquadro Italiano” ensemble are Claudio Borgianni, a musician, as well as a professional actor and playwright specializing in synthetic projects on the verge of music and theater; Vincenzo Capezzuto is the owner of a unique voice, and at the same time a professional dancer (former dancer of the English National Ballet and the ballet troupe of the Teatro San Carlo in Naples), “soul and body” of each “performance” of the ensemble.
