Carlos Rodrigues aka Kabeção is a Portuguese multi-instrumentalist, composer, street busker and sound healer who creates his own unique approach to music and sound. Finalist of Portuguese version of “America’s Got Talent”, Kabeção uses percussion, drums, “instruments of the future” like hang, making up a whole show on his own. Portugal was simply looking for new talents, and as a result the country found its new music icon! 

Actually, it’s not very easy to describe a Kabeção show. It’s better to attend one, and once you saw it you would never confuse him with any other artist. The first time you see him play you just freeze and go like “What? No, it can’t be so, it’s impossible!” The thing is, to put it simple, is that by playing multiple instruments simultaneously, Kabeção creates beautiful, mesmerizing, and intense music.

Unusual venues like caves and public places help Karlos create his sound, using nature and noises as “sidemen musicians” for his concert.
