Modern Art Orchestra, “the business card of Hungarian music”, performs the only concert in Moscow. The concert at Zaryadye is the part of the European tour.
26 virtuoso musicians make up the ensemble, while every one of them can play either classics, jazz, or ethnic music with the same level of quality.

It all started as a big band, with the usual repertoire of a band of that genre. Music of modern composers were later addition, though. From Bartók to Morricone – new music enriched the programmes. By the way, it was Ennio Morricone himself who chose Modern Art Orchestra for his world tour in 2014.
Today, the Hungarian ensemble presents a setlist that includes master pieces of their compatriot Béla Bartók. 2021 marks the 140 anniversary of the great Hungarian citizen.

The concert is supported by the Hungarian Cultural Centre.
