The Moscow Chamber Orchestra “Musica viva”

Soloists: Nadezhda Pavlova, soprano & Morgan Pearse, baritone (Australia)
Moscow chamber orchestra Musica Viva with its music director and conductor Alexander Rudin, and soloists Nadezhda Pavlova and Morgan Pearse, make a special present for the audience in the day of Mozart’s birthday. The great composer was born 263 years ago today, January 27!

Every musician has only chosen the best and favourite from the vast Mozart’s heritage. So, Australian baritone Morgan Pearse will sing arias that show his best abilities of characteristic actor, while dramatic soprano Nadezhda Pavlova opted for arias of passionate female characters, “led” by Donna Anna from “Don Giovanni”. And the choice of the conductor Alexander Rudin is beautiful but rarely performed symphonic dances from “Idomeneus” opera.
