The joint project of Dariel Rene and composer and arranger Sandor Torres opens a new page in the variety of rhythms performed in Russia.
Cuban jazz is called the "King of Hearts", because it is considered the most expressive form of showing the feeling of love. Cuban music peaked in the 1950s with artists such as José A. Mendez, Cesar Partillo de la Luz, Tanya Castellanos and, of course, Marta Valdez and Omar Portuondo. The concert will feature classical compositions as well as modern ones in the original arrangements of the group.
