First Day of Silence: On-Line Concert

Moscow Concert Hall “Zaryadye” decides to help music fans and all those who can’t imagine life without live concerts. Today – right at the first day of the closure of all Moscow concert venues and theatres -- “Zaryadye” holds on-line broadcasting of “The Four Seasons” project, with Darya Moroz and Ivan Rudin. Moroz is a famous movie and theatre actress; Ivan Rudin is pianist and art-director of ArsLonga festival.

“The Four Seasons” project is a modern rendition of the famous Tchaikovsky piano cycle. Darya Moroz reads poems that inspired Tchaikovsky to create his masterpiece – those written by Pushkin and Vasily Zhukovsky, with the addition of poetry and prose by Boris Pasternak, Mikhail Zoshchenko, Afanasy Fet.

“In this difficult time, when all Moscow concert venues and theatres are closed, we took a decision to hold the concert planned for today, but without audience in tha Hall. But the concerts would be broadcasted on-line via all the platforms and services available. It is in situations like this art and music should help people keep their spirits up!”
