For the first time, Alexander Tchaikovsky presented to Moscow audience the concert he wrote for the Moscow Symphony Orchestra. The new piece was not heard anywhere in the world at that time. The recent 4th Concert for Piano is dedicated to pianist and conductor Ivan Rudin, and Moscow Symphony Orchestra led by Rudin.
