One of the best French horn players of the world, famous Javier Bonet has long been recognized as touring soloist, chamber ensemble musician, outstanding tutor, and assiduous scholar.

He plays natural horn (without valves), and his playing is considered to be exemplary. Javier is a frequent collaborator of Jordi Savals’ Le Concert des Nations, a baroque orchestra, and he himself is the founding fathers of natural horns ensemble Corniloquio, while Bonet and Emilio Moreno together founded ancient music orchestra El concierto español.

The musician’s discography includes 4 recordings of natural horn, an album called “Grandes conciertos románticos” (“Great Romantic Concerts”) with pieces of Glier, Weber, Strauss, Alexis-Emmanuel Chabrie, and many other music.

Javier Bonet regularly holds musician clinics throughout the world, from Budapest to Berlin, Paris to Pekin, etc. He had a long tenure in the Conservatory of Salamanca. In the present time, he’s the professor of natural and modern French horn at Escola Superior de Musica de Catalunya and Universidad Alfonso X еl Sabio.
