Charitable fund of Yelena Obraztsova celebrates the great Makvala Kasrashvili, a legendary Bolshoi prima donna, by the concert rendition of “Tosca”. Floria was the iconic role of Kasrashvili – the singer has been performing it for amazing 40 years.

The spectacle is dedicated to Makvala Kasrashvili, while in the title role we’ll see Hibla Gerzmava, one of the brightest and decorated stars of today.

Other main characters are worth mentioning, too. They all are laureates of international vocal competitions of Yelena Obraztsova.

Cavaradossi is Mikhail Pirogov, soloist of Krasnoyarsk Opera and ballet theatre; Scarpia would be Roman Burdenko, soloist of Mariinsky, and Angelotti is Alexei Kulagin, the Youth Opera programme of the Bolshoi graduate.

Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra takes part in the show, conducted by Italian Gianluca Marcianò.
