To be performed in Moscow for the first time. The piece was commissioned by “Evrazia” festival, Yekaterinburg. Premiered in Yekaterinburg in October of 2015 with Dmitry Liss as conductor.
II Part
Batagov: “I Fear No More. Selected Songs and Meditations of John Donne” (2014), for orchestra, singer, and rock musicians.
The piece was commissioned by Vladimir Jurowski and The State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia. Premiered in Moscow in November of 2014. Album release – 2015.
