Mariam Merabova, a Gnessin graduate and a Russian “Voice” participant, has a truly unique voice, and she has a great charisma. She is the lead singer of Miraif band, founded by her late husband Armen Merabov, who was an outstanding pianist, composer, and arranger.

Mariam Merabova was born in Yerevan, into the non-music family, layer father and journalist mother.

Famous Russian jazz pianist Igor Bril was the one who introduced Mariam to the general public. In fact, maestro invited the young singer to perform durin his concert. In the fall of 2014, Marian took part in the 3rd season of Russian “Voice”, where during blind audition she made all heads turn. Her audition performance for the “Voice” was considered to be the most impressive of all the seasons passed.
