Traditional Chinese orchestra of China National Opera and Dance Drama Theater takes part in Chinese New Year Gala. The Theatre, based in Beijing, is the oldest national drama, opera, and dance theatre.

Founded more than half a century ago, Traditional Chinese orchestra takes part in opera and ballet productions, and has won several awards of local and international contests.
The orchestra’s repertoire is vast, and embraces either classical pieces or music written by contemporary Chinese composers.
