Denis Kalinskyi & RockoCo band
The concert is cancelled
Denis Kalinskyi is a cello player, composer, biker, and leather craftsman. He plays cello in the Tchaikovsky Symphony Orchestra, and in Alexei Aigui’s 4'33 Ensemble.
In 2005, Kalinskyi started his solo band RockoCo. RockoCo consists of two cellos, piano, bass guitar (or double bass), and drums. The repertoire of the band is extremely wide, from tango to rock, from neo classics to minimalism.
For the concert in “Zaryadye”, the band adds Chamber Soloists Orchestra Ad Libitum. Rampant drive, extreme risk and excitement are RockoCo’s distinctive features. “The party is where we are”, Denis sums up the band’s credo.
