Sergey Dogadin, violin

Sergei Dogadin is establishing a career as soloist and chamber musician that takes him across Russia and the world. Dogadin has won some of the most prestigious violin competitions, including IX Joseph Joachim International Violin Competition in Hannover (2015), Singapore International Violin Competition (2018), and most recently the XVI Tchaikovsky International Competition in Moscow, where he was awarded first prize and the Gold Medal. An active and passionate chamber musician, in 2019/20 Dogadin appears at the Philharmonie in Munich as part of MPHIL 360° Festival, Sociedad Filarmónica de Bilbao and Arts Square Festival in St Petersburg, to mention a few highlights. He regularly performs with internationally renowned musicians such as Daniil Trifonov, Narek Hakhnazaryan, Denis Matsuev, David Geringas, Elisabeth Leonskaja, Alexander Knyazev, Maxim Rysanov and Alexei Ogrintchouk. In Russia, Dogadin has performed with all the major orchestras, and in addition to his growing association with The Mariinsky Orchestra and Valery Gergiev, he continues to develop his relationship with St Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra and Yuri Temirkanov.  

Arif Dadashev graduated from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory. Over the years he has been Principal Conductor of the Ryazan Regional Musical Theatre and the Moscow Chamber Orchestra of the Pavel Slobodkin Centre as well as a conductor of the St Petersburg Theatre of Musical Comedy. He founded and headed the Arielle Chamber Orchestra. Since 2014 he has been a conductor of the Moscow Operetta Theatre, where in his capacity as Music Director he has worked on numerous productions. At the present time he is also a conductor of the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Music Theatre.

The National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia was founded in January 2003 by the Ministry of Culture. The Orchestra united top orchestra musicians and gifted youth. During the years of its activities, the NPR has succeeded in becoming one of the best symphonic orchestras of Russia and in gaining admiration from the audience and recognition from the professionals. The Orchestra is headed by Maestro Vladimir Spivakov, a world-known violinist and conductor.
