Ekaterina Mechetina, piano

“Her style, as a piano player, is temperamental, passionate, with predominance of fast hurricane-like tempos”
“Muzykalniye Sezony”

“I believe that Ekaterina is enormously talented! For instance, once she managed to learn two of my pieces during just 2 days, which is simply unbelievable, for the pieces are quite challenging. I couldn’t express anything to her beyond admiration. There was long standing ovation after she had played the entire programme. So, she’s just a miracle, a sensation!” Rodion Shchedrin, composer.
