Over a quarter of a century, the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation – established by the maestro in May 1994 – has been helping young musicians find their path on to a professional stage. The Foundation’s fellows participate in international and Russia’s national competitions and festivals, perform in the best Russian music halls, and the outstanding contemporary musicians conduct series of master classes for them and together with them.

“We want the beacons that help our world survive and mankind advance to help us preserve the unchanging human values on this long path”, says maestro Spivakov, “And there is only one path – to try and do good. If each of us does at least one good deed our world will become a better place and there will be more light and joy in our life”.
